Modifications and rebuilds
Not every answer is a new trailer. We add racks, raise sides, swap decks, upgrade axles, and rewire lighting on the trailer you already own. Often the difference between a trailer that fights your crew and one that works like a hired hand. And if what you have is structurally tired, we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth rebuilding or worth replacing.
Equipment repair: the machines your business runs on
Here's the other half of this shop, and almost nobody around offers it: repair for the equipment mounted on the back of your service truck. Welders that won't strike an arc. Generators that surge, hunt, or won't hold voltage under load. Compressors, pumps, and the small engines that power all of it. When that equipment dies, the truck it rides on becomes a very expensive parking spot, so we treat it with the same downtime math as our fleet program, which covers this gear for fleet accounts too.

What does a custom trailer cost?
It depends on what it has to carry and survive. The drivers: deck length and width, single versus tandem axle and the rating you actually need, steel versus aluminum, and the trade fittings like racks, doors, reels, gates, and boxes. Bring us your load list and budget; we'll design to it and quote the build before a single piece of steel gets cut.
Can you copy a trailer I've seen or already own?
We can build to match a layout that works and usually improve it where the original skimped, which is almost always the axles, wiring, or gate hardware.
Do you repair generators and welders from any brand?
Bring it in. Most of what fails is universal. Fuel systems gummed by ethanol, carburetors, switches, brushes, regulators, and worn small-engine internals. We'll tell you up front if a unit needs the manufacturer's own service network instead.
How long does a build take?
Honest answer: it depends on the design and the steel on hand, and we'd rather quote you a real date than a happy one. Modifications often turn around in days; ground-up builds get scheduled like the projects they are. Parts carry the distributor's warranty, and we stand behind every weld we lay.
