Fleet Services Near Harrisonburg & Staunton. Trucks That Stay Working

A work truck in the shop isn't a repair bill. It's a crew standing around, a route not run, a job that slides a day. That math is why fleet service is different from regular auto repair. The vehicle matters, but the downtime matters more. Our fleet program is built around one goal: your vehicles spend their time earning, not waiting.

We service small and mid-size fleets across the valley. Landscapers, contractors, delivery vehicles, farm operations, service companies running anything from three trucks to thirty. Gas half-tons, diesel one-tons, vans, and the trailers behind them: one shop, one set of records, one phone call.

What fleet accounts get

These aren't loyalty-card perks. They're the specific things that keep a working fleet on the road:

  • Priority servicing — next in line. When a fleet vehicle comes in, it doesn't join the queue; it goes to the front of it. A commuter car can wait a day. A truck with a crew depending on it can't, and we schedule accordingly.

  • Net-30 billing. Once we've established a working relationship, fleet accounts move to 30-day net terms. One clean invoice instead of a stack of counter receipts, so your office and ours stay square without slowing down the work.

  • Stocked wear parts for your vehicles. We keep the wearables your specific fleet burns through. Brake pads, rotors, filters, belts, and batteries on our shelf, matched to your vehicle list. No "parts arrive Thursday." The part is here before the truck is.

  • Local tow management. Truck dies on a job site or on the shoulder of I-81? One call to us. We coordinate the tow, receive the vehicle, and get diagnosis moving. You get back to running your business instead of arranging wreckers.

  • Competitive pricing. Fleet work is volume work, and our rates reflect it. Compare us against the dealership's fleet desk and bring us the numbers; we're confident where that conversation ends.

  • Carfax service reporting. Every service we perform is reported to Carfax, so each vehicle builds a documented maintenance history. That's organized recordkeeping while you own the truck and real money when you sell it. A documented one-owner work truck with full service history holds value.

Maintenance that runs on a schedule, not on breakdowns

The difference between a fleet that runs and a fleet that bleeds money is boring, disciplined maintenance: oil and filter services on real intervals with the correct fleet-rated oils, fuel filters on schedule for the diesels, brakes and tires checked before they become roadside problems, cooling systems serviced before July instead of during it.

We keep a maintenance record per vehicle and flag what's coming due, so nothing waits for a warning light. For the diesel side of your fleet that include regens, injectors, emissions systems. The deep end of that work lives on our diesel repair page, and it's all available under the same fleet terms

Who this works for

If you're running two vehicles or twenty, the program scales to fit. The valley operations we serve best: contractors and trades running pickups and vans out of Harrisonburg and Staunton, landscapers grinding out miles between Bridgewater and Grottoes, farm operations with a mix of trucks, trailers, and equipment, and delivery or service routes working the I-81 and Route 11 corridor. Mixed fleets are welcome. Most around here are gas and diesel together, and it's simpler having one shop that services all of it.

Common Questions

How many vehicles do I need to count as a fleet?

Two or more motorized vehicles are required to apply for fleet servicing. If vehicles are how your business gets work done, whether that's two trucks or twenty, call and talk to Daniel. The arrangement gets shaped around how your operation actually runs, not a minimum vehicle count.

How does NET-30 billing work?

New fleet accounts start on standard terms while we get to know each other. Once the relationship is established, we move you to net-30: work gets done when vehicles need it, and your office settles one invoice a month.

Can you really turn a fleet vehicle around faster?

That's the point of the program. Priority scheduling means your vehicle is next in line, and stocking your fleet's wear parts means the most common jobs such as brakes, filters, belts, batteries don't wait on a parts truck. Big jobs still take the time they take, but we'll tell you that up front so you can plan around it.

What does Carfax reporting do for me?

Two things. Day to day, it's an off-site backup of every vehicle's service history that follows the VIN, not our filing cabinet. At resale, it's proof: a buyer looking at a documented, dealer-alternative maintained work truck pays more than one looking at a mystery.
