Fuel first. Older carbureted machines that sit. Even a few months over winter with ethanol gas will reward you with hard starts, surging, and stalling under load. A thorough carb service fixes it; fresh fuel and stabilizer keep it fixed, and we'll set you up with both.

Belts second. Any CVT machine that works or plays hard eats them.Brute Force riders in deep mud cook them with slip-heat; Mules do it hauling uphill at crawl speed, the hardest duty a belt ever pulls. A burnt-rubber smell after a hard section is your notice. We check belt condition and deflection and inspect the clutch sheaves in the same pass.

Cooling third, and this one's sneaky. Radiators pack with whatever's around. The engine runs a little hotter every month until something expensive gives. A proper radiator cleanout is the cheapest engine-saver we sell.

Then the running gear: wheel bearings and ball joints eaten by creek crossings, brake pads glazed from dragging long descents instead of using engine braking, and batteries flattened by winter storage without a tender. None of it is exotic. All of it ends rides.
